Applicants must be legally eligible to work in South Africa ResponsibilitiesLead, plan, and execute Odoo projects ensuring they meet scope, time, and quality criteria.Collaborate with Business Analysts to define business requirements and project scope.Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and facilitate data-driven decision-making.Lead cross-functional teams, allocating resources and coordinating efforts for process and system improvements.Prepare and present business reports, project proposals, and key deliverables to stakeholders.Manage project risks and issues, taking corrective measures as needed.Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the new functionalities meet business requirements.Monitor key performance indicators, preparing and presenting regular status reports.Must HaveMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in ERP implementation or a related field.Bachelor's, Honours, or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is desirable.Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.A deep understanding of business process optimization and data analysis.Nice to haveKnowledge of Odoo or other ERP systems is a plus.Additional languages.What's great in the job?Great team of smart people, in a friendly and open culture.No waste of time in enterprise processes, real responsibilities and autonomy.Expand your knowledge of various business industries.Real responsibilities and challenges in a fast evolving company.
