Our client is a leading developer, specialising in central London RC Frame residential schemes.Due to continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager to deliver a scheme of 500 units in Poplar, East London.Responsibilities: Leading all site activities Reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager Overseeing a team including Managers from Assistant through to Senior Ensuring the Health & Safety standards are met Driving quality Holding weekly progress meetings Ensuring the scheme is delivered on program and in budgetExperience Required:Excellent man management skillsCSCS Card (Black), SMSTS, First Aid as a minimum.On offer is a basic salary of between £90,000 - £100,000 plus extensive package.
