Project Manager

Requirements:BSc. or BEng. Civil Engineering degree (Masters qualification an advantage).5 - 10+ years experience on site construction management experience (preferably mostly in structures (buildings) but civil experience (earthworks, roads, etc) will also be good. JBCC / GCC / or FIDIC contractual knowledge and experienceExcellent writing skillsProgramming skills - MS Projects / CCS (Candy) / other programming softwareGood computer skills - full MS Office suiteKey Areas of Responsibility include:Manage all site staff in conjunction with their KPIsLook after all contractual obligations of the contract (JBCC, insurances, guarantees, drawings, EOT and delays Ensure your contract finishes within stipulated time frameManage and maintain contract under budget Prepare progress reports and tracking sheets for meetingsProject manage (time , quality, costs)Oversee and manage performance of all sub-contractors
