Project Manager

Duties and responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of employees within the Department and represent the company in external meetings.Manage and delegate budgeting, planning and execution of contribution funded projects as well as the company funded projects.Delegate and manage projects, SLAs, contracts management and servitude/property negotiations and registrations.Delegate and manage tender evaluations and adjudications.Master Planning and 5-year CAPEX plan.Improving business performance by innovations, better work procedures and efficiencies in all sites.Manage and delegate the maintenance and update of the water and sewer inventories.Requirements:Matric with Maths and Science.B-Tech Degree: Mechanical/Electrical/Civil EngineeringSpecialist fields in Water Engineering, Construction Management and Urban and Rural Engineering an added advantage.A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365A valid code 8 drivers license.Registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).In-depth knowledge of the iLembe District water and sewer bylaws and related legislation.
