This senior position requires an individual with the following proven skills: Project and Programme ManagementTeam ManagementBudgeting and ReportingCapacity BuildingStrategic Planning ExperienceFive to eight years of experience in project management, community development, or a related fieldHigh proficiency in computer literacyVerbal proficiency in isiZuluExperience in the sport for development sector advantageousExperience in working with curriculum development advantageous EducationBachelor's degree in social sciences, development studies, sports administration, or a related disciplineA postgraduate qualification in project management is advantageous The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills be a strong innovator and have the ability to liaise with all stakeholders.
