Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple development projects in Airport City, Cape Town. This role involves managing complex projects across various domains, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality standards. Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Planning: Develop project plans in consultation with stakeholders and departments. Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status. Continuous Improvement: Support and enhance project management systems. Coordination: Manage project activities, resources, and timelines. Risk Analysis: Identify risks and opportunities, and manage project changes. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, liaising with Program Managers, Technical teams, suppliers, and customers. Qualifications: Degree: Electronic, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering. Project Management Certification: Relevant qualification preferred. Experience: Minimum 5 years in Project Management within Engineering and Aviation. Software: Familiarity with Sciforma is advantageous. Track Record: Proven success in delivering projects. Competencies: Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and time-management capabilities. Project Development: Experience with development-type projects is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficient in flowcharts, schedules, and project management tools. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Urgency and Conceptual Thinking: Sense of urgency and ability to think conceptually.
