Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:Project Planning:Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.Team Coordination:Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Communication:Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.Risk Management:Identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.Resource Management:Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.Quality Assurance:Ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.Experience:Proven working experience in project management in the ERP Software.Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.Skills:Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).Other:Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
