Main Role FunctionTo ensure that the deliverables which are outlined in the contracts are achieved as agreed with the clientsTo ensure that projects are managed effectively and efficiently to meet all set goals and objectivesAccountabilitiesLeading team including drawing office & engineering, application engineers, quality, supply chain, planner, contract specialist and document controllerManaging full scope on high value turnkey projectsControlling finance by managing supplier commitments on projects while tracking and pursuing invoicing milestones to maintaining a favourable cash flow positionActively managing changes, variations and amendmentsEnsuring safety compliance on project sites as company's appointed 16.2Managing subcontractors and their activities to complete projects safely, on time and to specificationAttending client and site project progress meetings and reporting progress on status and risks to managementManaging contract and communicating with customers in line with conditions under which the contract is establishedTracking and complete handover of supplier documentation, as-builts, manuals and data books on throughout the contract.Closing projects on completionLiaise with the EHS Manager to ensure all activities are conducted within the client's, compny and statutory safety requirementsEnsure that all documents relating to the above are in place and that all necessary records are kept up to dateBSc / BEng/ BTech Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Must have a Project Management Professional CertificationMinimum 7 years' experience managing large projects.Understanding of project management processes and procedures.Knowledge of NEC and/or FIDIC conditions of contractProcess plant experience would be beneficialGood negotiation skills.Customer-facing experience and strong communication skills a must.Must be computer literate with working knowledge of ERP Systems
