Key Performance AreasKEY PERFORMANCE AREAS WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:Strive for efficient project planning and execution.Ensure effective communication with clients, external, and internal resources.Manage and define the project scope clearly at the beginning of the project and define required results and success criteria.Identify the required equipment, skills, and resources to execute the project.Manage all project risks, compile risk reports, and maintain an effective risk register.Ensure management of subcontracts and work in progress as per project plan dates.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards and site-specific requirements before and during the project.Ensure delivery on time, to specification, and manage project budgets, costs, and orders with no downward variance.Ensure delivery within budget with no project cost variance of more than 5%.Ensure that all profit and loss statements are controlled.Ensure that as-built drawings and operating manuals are generated for each completed project as per client requirements.Ensure that systems completed are signed off as correctly installed, training was done, and handed over to the client.Update project plans and daily reports and communicate with the client on progress via WhatsApp group or email, in writing.Handover completed project to the service and maintenance department as well as to the client and users with training registers and all relevant documentation.Desired Experience & QualificationMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSGrade 12.Technical experience in Electronic Security Systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Perimeter and Intruder detection, and security software systems.Own transport.PSIRA Registered.Package & RemunerationR Market related
