Job Description: We are looking for a Project Manager with a background in Electrical Engineering to oversee and manage electrical projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage electrical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing requirements. Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders on progress and address any issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols. Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present project reports and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 10 years of experience in project management within the electrical engineering sector. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Proficiency in project management software and electrical design tools. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in projects. Knowledge of contract negotiation and vendor management.
