For more information, please visit www.cognialaw.com ROLE DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our compliance and regulatory reform projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on compliance, Jibar projects and Regulatory reforms.
While a legal background is not a prerequisite for this role, it would be advantageous, as the position demands a robust understanding of regulatory compliance and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage compliance projects, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and internal policies Oversee Jibar-related projects, coordinating with financial teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery Experience with regulatory reform initiatives, implementing changes and ensuring alignment with industry regulations Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, resources and deliverables Establish and maintain project governance, managing risks, dependencies and reporting on project progress Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with strategic objectives Manage and lead the project team, fostering a collaborative work environment, and ensuring team members are motivated and equipped for high quality output and to achieve project goals Manage project resources, including budgeting and team allocation Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, law or related field Professional certification in Project Management (e.g.
