Project Manager (Civil)

Civil Engineering Project Manager (George)
Minimum Requirements:
• National Diploma/BTech in Civil Engineering
• Valid Code B Driving License
• Computer Literacy: MS Office Suite
• 3 - 5 Years relevant work experience
Experience and Competencies:
Planning and Organising, Problem solving, People Management, Task Management, Health and Safety management, Resilience, Ethics, Accountability, Customer relations and Interpersonal Relationships
• Site experience on Civil Engineering Construction including but not limited to Concrete Work and Roads, Buildings, Stormwater, Water, Sewer
• Attending site meetings and coordinating with clients to ensure specifications are met
• Doing quotations and invoicing clients once the work is complete
• Sound mathematical skills
• Quality control, scheduling and overseeing construction activities of sites
• Planning and organising of sites and materials
• Responsible for tendering on projects
• Preparation and monitoring of monthly progress reports on work
• Sound knowledge of construction drawings and implementation thereof
• Health & Safety management as and when required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
• Project programming and general project administration experience
