As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.Responsibilities: Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocationCoordinate and oversee subcontractors and project teamsMonitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure project goals are metEnsure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and industry standardsCommunicate and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team membersPrepare and present project reports and updates to management and clientsIdentify and mitigate project risksEnsure project documentation is complete and accurate Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the Civil Engineering industryProfessionally registered with SACPCMPStrong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practicesExperience managing projects from initiation to completionExcellent leadership and communication skillsProficiency in project management softwareStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a team environment Full TimeCompany Social
