Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Lead project planning, execution, and closure activities.Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project milestones are met.Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and adapt to project changes.Communicate project status, progress, and deliverables to stakeholders at all levels, including international teams.Business Analysis:Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and met.Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit and validate requirements.Stakeholder Management:Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management and cross-border teams, to ensure alignment on project objectives.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Communicate complex information clearly and concisely.Tool Proficiency:Utilize JIRA for task management, project tracking, and collaboration.Ensure proper documentation and traceability of requirements.Required Skills and Experience:Proven experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst in the banking sector.Strong proficiency in JIRA for project management and business analysis.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels and borders.Experience in leading projects and facilitating business analysis in a hybrid work environment.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Knowledge of wellness programs within a banking context is a plus.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.PMP or similar Project Management certification is an advantage.CBAP or equivalent Business Analysis certification is desirable.Personal Attributes:Highly organized and detail-oriented.Proactive and adaptable to changing environments.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
