Are you looking to showcase your talent and versatility by excelling as both a Project Manager and a Business Analyst? Our client in the Healthcare sector is seeking a skilled professional for a hybrid position in Cape Town.

You will join a highly motivated engineering team, contributing to the development of enterprise-level software aimed at improving healthcare delivery in the province. Your focus will be on managing person-level health data, collaborating with a diverse team to build reliable, interoperable, and open-source software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop project plans, manage, and monitor key Information Technology projects.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report, escalate, and eliminate bottlenecks through risk analysis.
Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
Bridge the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, outline problems, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations. Help guide business improvements in processes, services, and software through thorough documentation.
RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical certification in the Project Management field.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience in developing detailed project plans to track progress.
Experience in SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
Experience in project performance measurements using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Experience with MS SQL Server.
