Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure that each project meets contractual expectations and is carried out to conform to quality and safety standards.

Analyse scope of work and submit quotation accordingly.
Manage project cost control within the relevant budget.
Manage and supervise blasting and painting team.
Ensure all specifications from clients are recorded and communicated.
Ensure that all coatings are applied according to both client and manufacturer specifications.
Monitor projects to ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards and cost effectiveness.
