Your strong communication skills will be crucial in dealing with clients and internal teams alike. You'll work closely with our leadership to develop and refine our account management department, contributing directly to our operational success.The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing client relationships, internal operations, and projects.Professional fluency in English is essential.Experience in the Digital Marketing Agency niche, particularly within the Local SEO niche, is preferred.What you'll be doing: Leading project management efforts across various digital marketing initiatives. Overseeing account management tasks, ensuring client satisfaction and project alignment. Collaborating with internal teams to develop and optimize account management processes. Acting as a bridge between clients and the company, managing expectations, and delivering on promises. Supporting operational excellence initiatives to streamline and enhance company processes.
