We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and implementing large-scale software projects and systems, with a focus on driving successful project delivery, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for large software and systems implementation projects.Develop and maintain project management plans, including scope, budget, timelines, resources, risk, and communication strategies.Oversee the coordination of project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Implement and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and tools to ensure effective project execution.Facilitate regular project meetings, including status updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution.Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations, deliverables, and project progress.Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.Continuously improve project management processes and practices to enhance project delivery.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in large software projects and systems implementation.PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).Preferred Qualifications:Experience in IT or software development environments.Familiarity with change management and business transformation initiatives.Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and systems integration.
