Project Management - Intern

The positions will be based at Wadeville and the incumbent will report to the Senior Project Manager.
Key Job Responsibilities

Assisting in Project Planning

Help with drafting project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation.


Scheduling and Coordination

Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and team discussions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are progressing as planned.


Monitoring Project Progress

Track project deliverables and timelines using tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
Provide regular updates to the project manager on the status of tasks or issues that arise.


Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate and updated project documentation such as meeting minutes, progress reports, and project logs.
Prepare weekly or monthly reports to update stakeholders on project progress.


Assisting with Budget and Resource Allocation

Help track expenses and budgets, ensuring costs are aligned with the project's budget.
Support resource allocation by ensuring team members are assigned appropriate tasks and workloads.


Risk Management

Assist the project manager in identifying risks or bottlenecks in the project.
Help in documenting potential risks and suggesting mitigation strategies.


Stakeholder Communication

Support communication efforts by drafting emails, reports, or presentations for internal and external stakeholders.



Qualifications/Requirements

Degree in Project Management.
