Ensure accurate documentation, labeling, and presentation to prevent claims against the company. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Project administration, reconciliation and reporting on KPIsMaintain and administer project documentationCommunicating with the team and external stakeholdersMonitor progress and performance of projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standardsManage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessaryManaging schedulesAssist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for network installations and upgradesCommunication from the job site to Project Management and Department Manager Perform administrative tasks including documenting test results, as-built documents, sign off documentation, etc.Work with stakeholders to clearly define the objectives of the cabling project. Monitor project expenses throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to the budgetMaintain compliance regulationsDevelop a project schedule outlining the sequence of tasks and milestones. Consider factors such as resource availability, lead times for materials, and dependencies between tasks when creating the scheduleEstablish a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and any changes or issues that arise. Determine the frequency and format of communication to ensure effective collaborationAnticipate potential disruptions or delays to the project and develop contingency plans to address them.
