The role focuses on supporting the Account Manager in delivering the service to customers, and ensuring operational teams readiness. Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead to ensure that all customer projects are completed within agreed time, cost and quality objectives.Manage scope of work, budget, timeframes and quality of deliverablesFocus on providing exceptional Client ExperienceEnsure delivery of exceptional client experience through financial integrity, accurate client reporting and billingEnsure that regular CSAT surveys are conducted to monitor client satisfactionEnsure by working closely with sales team that a premium service is provided to our clientsDevelop and drive the execution of agreed projectsDrive the implementation, tracking, monitoring and compliance of ProjectsContract management in line with Procurement PoliciesCo-ordinate project reportingEnsure effective implementation of the integrated project management modelEnsure that all projects are transitioned on-time, within scope and in compliance to corporate standards.Communicate with stakeholders frequently to keep them informedEnsure quality delivery of service to the clientBe the point of escalation for all service delivery issuesIdentify, assess and communicate the impact of changes affecting the customer or service deliverySuccessful service delivery – manage service delivery SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfactionMonitor overall performance of services and timelines to deliverGood communication around issues and opportunities – get things done, make things happenBuilding, maintaining and analysing service reports to address any possible delays before it occursDistribute service reports weekly to key internal personnel and client and raise any potential issuesRemoving all obstacles to customer satisfaction and / or financial performance.Working with the client and operations team to identify and manage service improvement activities.Propose any amendments to improve processesDevelop and implement processes with client to ensure effective information flow to speed up delivery timelinesEnsuring operations teams are aware of changes and are preparedBuilding a personal relationship with key client staffCollaborating with senior management on client account management and growthCustomer management: tactful, resolute and committed to providing excellent customer serviceDeliver technical presentations competently.Interfaces with customer "executive" level management on a regular basisDeliver results: ability to plan and organize self and work in order to achieve objectives and targetsMaintain in-depth knowledge of product offeringTake full responsibility for performance management of all direct reports, managing their performance in relation to quality standards and agreed objectivesClarify responsibilities in the teamEnable a high performing environmentVerify times and value captured by project team against the projectEnsure appropriate levels of management and accountabilityMotivate, delegate and empower appropriately, enabling direct reports to take responsibility and display appropriate creativity and initiativeWork with the team to actively grow their skills and lead them in operational excellence.Desired Experience & Qualification4 Year Tertiary qualification in Commerce or equivalentMBA / Masters advantageousManager track record of 5 years or more; with at least 3 years in relevant sector/ industry in a Client Service leadership role within the ICT industryProven track record of delivering projects within defined timelines under high pressureProject & program management: able to manage complex projects including concurrent projects and big client specific programsDecisive: must be able to use initiative to make quick decisions to resolve problems and overcome obstacles delaying deliveryJob TypeJob Type: Temporary Contract:12- 24 months IT & Internet These jobs were popular with other job seekers MDT Foods cc t/a MDT Technical Placements
