Project Integration SpecialistWesBank Motor Operations is looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Project Integration Specialist to join their team. The incumbent plays a critical role in facilitating seamless collaboration between the Business Enablement team (Engineering, Automation & Achieve – professional services) and its clients. This individual ensures that project objectives are met, timelines are adhered to, and client expectations are managed effectively. The role requires a strong blend of project management skills, business acumen, and excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Oversee the integration of client projects with internal teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.Coordinate and manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables.Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Benefit tracking of initiatives post implementation.Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.Facilitate regular meetings with clients to review project status, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ongoing collaboration.Stakeholder Communication: Central liaison between the Business Enablement team and clients to ensure clear and effective communication.Prepare and deliver regular project updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders.Ensure that all parties are informed of project milestones, changes, and any issues that may arise.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline project integration processes and enhance efficiency.Implement best practices and standard operating procedures for project management.Continuously seek feedback from clients and internal teams to drive improvements.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and status reports.Ensure all project-related information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.Provide detailed reports and analyses to support decision-making and project evaluations.Due Diligence and Decision Support: Participate in pre-due diligence evaluations of target opportunities.Generate scenarios consistent with the target product profile, clinical costs, enrollment assumptions, and regulatory/commercial strategies.Review FTE (full-time equivalent) inputs and outputs.Knowledge Transfer and Continuity: Ensure seamless knowledge transfer for all acquired assets.Maintain continuity of core expertise for key products, people, and technologies.You will be an ideal candidate if you have: Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Education, or related fields.Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI, CISSP, CAPM, ITIL) are advantageous.Lean / Agile.You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate.Challenging work environment.Opportunities to innovate.We can be a match if you are: Curious & courageous - you're driven by always wanting to know more and learn more and you're brave enough to.Obsessed with mastery - you know what it takes to become good at what you do and are constantly pushing yourself to do it.Adaptable, curious and willing to learn.Passionate in providing insights.Thrive in a collaborative environment.Are you interested to take the step?
