Job Title: Project HES SupervisorLocation: Netherlands Salary: To be discussed in the Interview Vacancy Type: Full-TimeNon- negotiable qualifications and experience required:Certification in HES or a related field (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).Minimum 2 - 10 years of HES project supervision experience.Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).Beneficial requirements:Excellent leadership and reporting skills.Ability to work in high-pressure project environments.Duties and responsibilities:Oversee HES compliance for specific projects, including risk assessments.Implement and monitor HES policies and practices on-site.Train project staff on HES protocols and emergency procedures.Conduct incident investigations and implement preventative measures.Collaborate with project managers to align safety standards with project goals.
