Project Finance Transactor

Job Description:As the Project Finance Transactor, you will be responsible for the following:Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate project feasibility, profitability and riskDesign financing structures that align with project objectives, including debt and equity optionsConduct thorough due diligence to assess project viabilityPrepare and review all relevant transaction documentationCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to secure approvals and financingLead negotiations with financial institutions and investors to finalize financing termsMonitor and report on project financial performance post-financingStay informed on industry trends, market conditions and regulatory changesWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project successProvide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, financial performance and potential risks Skills & Experience: 4-5 years of experience in project finance (preferably within Independent Power Producers or financial institutions)Proven experience in developing and analyzing financial modelsTransaction experienceQualification:Qualified CA(SA)Relevant finance or accounting degree Contact JENELLE COOKSON on
