Project Finance Transactor

As the Project Finance Transactor, you will be responsible for the following:Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess project feasibility, profitability and riskDesign optimal financing structures that align with project needs, including debt and equity financingConduct comprehensive due diligence on projectsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and financingLead negotiations with financial institutions and investors to finalize terms and conditions of financing agreementsPrepare and review transaction documentationEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policiesOversee the financial performance of projects post-financingStay update on industry trends, market conditions and regulatory changesWork closely with cross-functional teamsProvide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status, financial performance and potential risks Skills & Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in project finance (preferably within Independent Power Producers or financial institutions)Proven experience in developing and analyzing financial modelsTransaction experience Qualification:Qualified CA(SA)Relevant finance or accounting degree Contact HAYLEY MULDER on
