Their services include Project Structuring and Development, Energy Infrastructure Development, Development and Risk Equity Financing, Construction and Operations Management Services.About the Role:Our client is seeking a highly skilled Project Finance Lawyer to join their team in Johannesburg. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting energy projects, with a focus on project finance agreements and financial close procedures under various programmes.
