 Plans and coordinates the budget estimates and monitoring expenditure against approved budgets.
 Plans and controls the procurement management functions.
 Provides professional expertise in the performance of the Cluster.
 Directs critical processes associated with the development of programmes and projects for the sustainability of interventions.
 Interacts internally and externally disseminating technical and professional information with recommendations, solutions and alternatives on proposed and current projects and activities of the Cluster.
 Prepares management reports inclusive of business case proposals and, interim consolidated reports on the functions, performance and contribution of the functionality.
Essential Requirements  BCom (NQF Level 7) in Accounting with Financial Accounting as a major subject or equivalent.
Project Management certificate Must be in a possession of National Treasury MFMA minimum competency qualification (NQF Level 6) OR Must obtain a National Treasury MFMA minimum competency qualification (NQF Level 6) within 18 months of the date of appointment.
Valid motor vehicle driving license.
6 Years relevant experience.
Computer Literacy.
Preferred Requirements Post graduate qualification (NQF Level 8) in Accounting with Financial Accounting as a major subject or equivalent.
8 Years relevant experience.
