Project Executive

Provide a strategic professional and specialist service for the functionality through the provision of resource to ensure full-service delivery, guiding, advising, and supporting senior management and political structures of the Council in related matters. Key Responsibility Areas Directs and controls key project capital budget spent deliverables and outcomes associated with the Municipality.Plans and coordinates the capital budget estimates and monitors expenditure against the approved budget allocations for projects.Directs development of project management processes associated with the scoping, resourcing, implementation, monitoring of service delivery and projects.Directs development and projects management processes associated with the scoping, resourcing, implementation, monitoring, and communication phase of capital projects.Planning and controlling the Procurement Management functions and the procurement of land.Disseminates functional and operational information on the immediate, short- and longterm objectives and current developments, problems, and constraints.Directs specific administrative and reporting requirements associated with the keyperformance and result indicators of the functionality.Directs the development of information systems required for the management of municipal service delivery projects.
