Project EngineerEngineering company in Germiston, Gauteng requires Project Engineers (24-month fixed term contract) with the following qualifications:Matric / Grade 12 certificateNational Diploma / BTech: Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering5-8 years' project management experienceAt least 2 years' in a formal Project Management role (essential)Preference will be given to candidates registered as Project Management Professionals.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe person will be responsible for:Budget establishments and control based on projectsCompliance to tendering and procurement processTechnical solutions regarding maintenance and repairsReduction of overhead maintenance costsContractor managementDesired Experience & QualificationThe candidate must have:Grade 12 certificateNational Diploma / BTech: Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering5-8 years' project management experienceAt least 2 years' in a formal Project Management role (essential)Knowledge / experience in SAP CMMS (computerised maintenance management system)Experience with MS ProjectsPackage & RemunerationNegotiable - depending on qualification and experience.
