Our client, an international maritime manufacturing and refurbishment group, has an outstanding opportunity available for a Project Engineer with experience in the construction, maintenance or maritime industry.

Requirements
As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing revamping and maintenance projects from the initial site survey through to completion. You will handle the technical and operational aspects of projects, including:
Cost estimation
Client negotiations
Ensuring compliance with all regulations
You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Marine, or related field).
EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years of experience in project engineering within the maritime, construction, or maintenance industry.
Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
Expertise in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, AutoCAD) and cost estimation software.
Ideal is previous experience in maritime repair industry and knowledge of local key players.
Familiarity with industry-specific health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Proven experience in project management, cost estimating and client negotiation.
Strong knowledge of maritime accommodation systems, engineering principles, and industry standards.
Willingness to travel to offshore and on-site locations as required.
Flexibility in work hours, including evenings or weekends, may be required depending on project deadlines.
