The solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs of clients both locally and internationally. The Project Engineers – Proposal role is to review contract bids to produce innovative cost-competitive bids that meet each client's unique requirements. The role is expected to create competitive proposals that are accurate in cost, timelines and evaluate contractual risks.Responsibilities will include:Support RevOps team with new concept designsReview of client scope, including technical & commercial specification documentationConsultations with clients and suppliers to discuss and formulate cost estimatesGeneration of accurate cost registers and proposals to company standardsKeep estimation database and CRM currentSave all estimates and related documentation in correct locationGenerate tracking registersEnsure proposals conform to price, project lead time and technical accuracyCommunicate effectively with clients and within the team, both verbally and in writingImprove departmental efficiency by implementing measures that increase productivity, reduce costs, time and material wastageQualifications & Experience:National Diploma / B Tech / B Eng / BSc Eng (Metallurgical, Mechanical and Mechanical) or similar3 years' experience in interpretation and administration of estimates1 year experience in related field3 years' experience in Interpretation and understanding of technical specifications (equipment, materials, international standards)Key Requirements:These key requirements encompass a combination of technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and strategic thinking necessary for the success in the role.LeadershipProject Management SkillsAnalytical SkillChange ManagementStakeholder ManagementCommunication SkillsProblem-Solving SkillsAttention to DetailAdaptabilityJoin our team at ProProcess and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative modular solutions with excellence.
