Join them in making a real impact The Role: As a Solar Project Engineer , you will be at the forefront of their solar projects, driving the design, development, and execution of solar power systems. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, liaise with clients, and ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Lead the design, layout, and engineering of solar PV systems from conception to completion. Technical Expertise: Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and system performance simulations using advanced tools like PVsyst and AutoCAD. Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, construction teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all projects adhere to local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices. Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot engineering challenges, providing innovative solutions to optimize system performance. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and client presentations to keep stakeholders informed and satisfied. What Were Looking For: Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering (or equivalent). Experience: 3 years in solar project engineering, with hands-on experience in designing and managing solar PV systems. Technical Skills: Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope, and other relevant design software. Knowledge: Solid understanding of solar energy principles, electrical systems, and grid connections.
