Is this you? You're a dynamic Project Engineer with a robust background in solar EPC projects, keen on making a tangible impact in renewable energy. If you excel in technical design, project management, and client engagement—and you're ready to lead projects from concept through to final delivery—this role is calling you. You bring a proactive approach, exceptional organisation, and communication skills to ensure project excellence every step of the way.
What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) In this role, you'll develop and refine engineering designs and packs, creating Single Line Diagrams and PV layouts using industry-standard tools like AutoCAD and Helioscope. You'll be at the helm of project planning, setting timelines and ensuring milestones are hit. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you'll keep projects on track, manage any deviations, and act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering timely updates and addressing concerns. Additionally, you'll oversee the on-site execution to ensure alignment with technical drawings and safety standards, working alongside construction teams to handle changes and documentation for a smooth project handover.
Where you'll be doing it Our client is a leading player in the renewable energy sector, known for their innovative and impactful solar solutions. With a commitment to clean energy and sustainable development, they focus on delivering high-quality, regulatory-compliant projects that drive positive change. You'll join a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where your expertise is valued, and your ideas can make a real difference.
What you'll need A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is essential, along with at least three years of experience in solar EPC or renewable energy projects. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, PVSol, and project management tools is required, paired with in-depth knowledge of solar systems and regulatory standards. Your attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to communicate effectively with clients will be critical to success in this role.
What you'll get In addition to a competitive salary and benefits, you'll work with a team that values innovation and collaboration. This role offers the chance to contribute to impactful projects in a company that's shaping the future of renewable energy.
