Project Delivery Manager

We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Delivery Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of our projects. This role is suited for both junior and mid-level candidates with a strong foundation in project management principles and a desire to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. Contract period : 12 monthsResponsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to understand project requirements, scope, and timelines. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation. Manage project risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation plans as needed. Track project progress and identify potential roadblocks or delays. Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management. Oversee project deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards. Prepare and deliver project reports. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.Oversee the end-to-end delivery of our mobile app projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standardsAct as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.Regularly update senior management and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Requirements : 2-5 years of experience in project delivery management. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Gitlab an advantage). Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
