Minimum Requirements: Project planning diploma or degree (advantageous) Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning Competency in plumbing, electrical, and building standards Knowledge of JBCC [version 6] and NEC4 supplier contracts (familiarity preferred) Core skills in: Reading and interpreting product, construction, and site drawings Reading product manuals Numeracy Strong internal & external relationship management skills Analytical, results-oriented, planning, and problem-solving skills Effective communication, listening, writing, and information-sharing abilities Proactive, resourceful, with knowledge of Health & Safety Policies and Procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility for extensive countrywide travel and occasional factory work Duties and Responsibilities: Project Management Oversee all project elements from initial planning to completion Develop project plans based on objectives and scope Identify resources to meet timelines and track daily progress Provide daily project status feedback and close-out reports Project Planning and Control Create and control project schedules Monitor progress and update timelines Develop and maintain project master schedules aligned with work breakdown structures, contracted scope, and budget Perform critical path and 'what if' analyses, creating work-around plans as needed Manage project baselines (schedule and budget) and update schedules for contract amendments Prepare resource allocation plans based on team input Supplier and Stakeholder Management Engage with suppliers to source high-quality components and materials Build relationships to understand supplier quality standards, capacity, and lead times Coordinate with contractors and project team to maintain alignment with project schedules Quality Control Inspect and maintain tools and testing devices Verify the quality of components received on-site Ensure external service providers meet quality standards Cost Control Manage costs with Operations Manager's assistance Health, Safety, and Compliance Adhere to ISO 9001 - 2015, Health & Safety, and ISO30500 - 2018 standards Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations Operate within the Construction Regulation framework
