Project Coordinator

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Project Coordinator. You will be required to go to site. Must have a driver's license and the ability to drive.ResponsibilitiesOversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific project from start to finish.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for the Rural Bridges Project.Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.Work alongside SANDF with the community during the installation of the bridges.Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports are sent to the PMO Office.Identify and allocate necessary resources for project execution. Ensure allocation of Yellow Equipment utilization is efficient and deviations are noted.Provide strong leadership and direction to the team and associates (SANDF, PLC, Community).Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and manage changes to scope, timeline, and budget.Regularly report on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.Proactively identify and manage project risks.Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards and are delivered on schedule.Conduct thorough project evaluations and apply lessons learned to future projects.Collaborate with Project Officers from other provinces.Desired SkillsProject CoordinatorManagementCommunity EngagementReportingDesired Work Experience2 to 5 yearsDesired Qualification LevelDegreeAbout The EmployerOur client is in the manufacturing industry.
