Responsibilities: Project Management on manufacturing programsManagement research and development projectsManagement of budgets effectivelyPlanning and providing product service and after sales service for programs deliveredPreparing costings and budgets for quotationsProviding reports on all related issuesEnsuring project cash flow documents are timeously updatedIdentifying potential suppliers for projectsManaging the relations with contracted suppliers, both international and localSending out Requests For Quotes, evaluating and negotiating terms and conditionsEnsuring the Operations administration system is provided with regular information for overall Operations reportsManaging suppliers deliveries against the project planManaging the verification and acceptance of goods and services suppliedManaging and directing sub-contract suppliers and ensuring that quality control is ensuredManaging the administration and implementation of client Acceptance Procedures in South Africa and abroadManaging and directing the packing and preparations for shipment as required under each contractCommissioning of goods and services in client countries and in South AfricaProviding technical support for technology transfer programsSupporting training programs for clients in South Africa and in the client countryproviding regular project reports to the Director Operations and to Senior ManagementRequirements: Project management capability.Able to interact with engineers, technicians, builders and component suppliers.Computer Literate MS OfficeValid drivers license, Own Vehicle
