Purpose of the Role
Responsible for Project Coordination and Support for small to medium sized projects, including various project and general administrative tasks. The role focuses on successful execution of activities and administration associated with projects, as well as general administration to support successful project execution within the division.
Key Performance Areas
Project Related:
Retrieve and document project requirements
Establish deliverables for received Scope of Work
Source pricing and timing estimates
Issue quotations and liaise with clients
Process orders and coordinate deliveries
Ensure invoicing and effective communication
Track project progress and report to Senior Manager
Project Team and Divisional Related:
Administrate Divisional PPE, Equipment, Accommodation
Support coordination of Divisional and Project functions
General:
Coordinate and review monthly Divisional data
Administrate establishment of facilities, equipment, or infrastructure
Qualifications
Matric / relevant qualification
Basic or short courses in Project Management (advantageous)
Experience
At least 8 years of administration / coordination experience
Experience in Industrial Plant Projects (advantageous)
Proven track record of administration and project coordination activities, with references

Knowledge:
Understanding of client service
Understanding of Industrial clients and organisation structures
Understanding of construction projects, support and maintenance
Skills:
Advanced computer literacy (internet, Microsoft Office suite)
Proficiency in MS Projects
