Project Controls Lead/Manager

We are currently looking for a Project Controls Lead/Manager to join our team. This is a 12-month contract position based in the Middleburg area.Minimum RequirementsEducational Background:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP, PSP) are often preferred.Experience:8+ years of experience in project controls roles within the construction, engineering, or similar industries. Experience with project management software and tools is essential.Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.Leadership:Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead a team of project controls professionals effectively.Role Overview: Responsible for ensuring effective planning, scheduling, progress measurement, cost control, and reporting for a project or program. Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain detailed schedules, monitor costs, and analyze project performance.
