These jobs were popular with other job seekersWe are busy tendering on a contract, and are in need of a Project Controller to be based in Melkbos, Cape Town. The role is for approximately 15 months.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDuties:Compiles, distributes, and files minutes, notes, actions, and updated issues lists from the meeting.Distributes minutes from the previous meeting with the agenda and issues list for the planned meeting.Validates all minutes as a true representation of what was discussed.Facilitates the planning of meeting content in line with current issue priorities and importance as a focus area.Distributes relevant documentation to action leads for review and update.Arranges meetings and prepares the agenda.Maintains a database capable of supporting the information management of issue status and actions under discussion.Prepares reports on the operation of ETMM and ECMC as required.Ensures all minutes of meetings are filed as lifetime records. Review all relevant documents and checklists before presentation to the meeting.Establishes and maintains an auditable process on ETMM and ECMC activities using meeting agendas, attendance lists, minutes of meetings, and action lists.Reviews all relevant documents and checklists before presentation to the meeting.Compiles the issues for the agenda and get the agenda endorsed by the chairperson.Documents the actions and decisions taken in the meetings on SharePoint.Provides the ECMC issue numbers to the engineering change requestor, used to add major modifications on the NTP.Display (annually) the Nuclear Technical Plan (NTP) from the relevant databaseUpdates GenTLC as the Technical plan Coordinator.Desired Experience & QualificationREQUIREMENTS:Grade 12 or equivalent + 3 year qualification.Has a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a project controller.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good time management and problem-solving skillsThese jobs were popular with other job seekers#J-18808-Ljbffr
