Our client, a leading construction company in Durban, is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team.As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the progress of construction projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will work closely with the project team to ensure quality standards are met, deadlines are achieved, and budgets are maintained.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee construction projects from start to finishDevelop project plans, schedules, and budgetsCoordinate resources, equipment, and materials needed for the projectsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsMonitor project progress and address any issues or delaysCollaborate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractorsPrepare reports and documentation for project updates and analysisRequirementsRegistered with PIM & PPMSACPMP RegisteredMechanical, piping, structural steel experience.
