Reach For A DreamReach For A Dream fulfils the dreams of children across South Africa between the ages of 3-18 years who have been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness. We also encourage our dream children to stretch their imagination when thinking of their dreams.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing various local projects relating to Dream Club Outings, dream activities, and donor reporting within the Western Cape. You will be responsible for the research, planning, and implementation of the various pillars. Through these initiatives, you will create awareness and act in a professional and efficient manner to attract and retain positive donor relations, as well as other responsibilities that come with the portfolio.Desired Experience & QualificationsThe ideal candidate could have experience in PR, events management, social media, reporting skills, and excellent time and planning management skills.Qualifications:Tertiary qualification related to events management, communication, or other related fieldsExperience in working with children or charitiesRelated Experience:2-5 years working experience within a related environmentVolunteering for related charitiesAble to prioritize and manage timelinesUnderstanding charity fundraising environments and challengesDonor relationsPRSkills required for the position:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to create and maintain effective working relationshipsExperience in handling budgets and financesIntegrity and good work ethicTime managementPlanningPersonal skills:ConfidentMatureRespectfulChild-friendlyIntegrityResponsibleOrganizedPackage & RemunerationMarket RelatedInterested?If you are interested in applying for this position, please send us your CV with a motivational letter attached.
