Key Responsibilities: Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information.Monitor project progress and address any arising issues.Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders.Use tools to monitor project timelines, working hours, and budget compliance.Support project tasks as needed, ensuring the technical and logistical aspects are managed efficiently.Liaise with technical teams, ensuring clarity on work orders and project deliverables.Manage documentation and billing notes related to project execution.
What We're Looking For: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or project coordination role.Technical acumen and quick adaptation to new technologies.Proficiency in Microsoft Business Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Relevant certifications like ITIL or PMP are advantageous.
