Our client's dynamic and driven projects team based in Cape Town, CBD requires your expertise to coordinate renewable projects activities which will involve all administrative tasks and site visits.Duties & ResponsibilitiesREQUIREMENTSGrade 12 CertificateProven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar roleExperience in project management, from conception to delivery advantageousEnglish (Read, write & speak)Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordAn ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plansSolid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-managementStrong teamwork skillsFamiliarity with risk management and quality control processesDUTIESReporting to the Senior Project CoordinatorRemain abreast with market and technological developments and identify new technologies that may contribute towards the development of the Business and improvements in the CompanyCoordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information in support of the Project ManagerLiaise with relevant teams to identify and define requirements, scope and objectivesHelp prepare budgetsSupport the Project Manager or Head of PPCM in overseeing project procurement managementAct as the point of contact and communicate project status to all the teamWork with the Project Manager or Head of PPCM to eliminate blockersUse tools to monitor working hours, plans and expendituresIssue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports within the applicable document management system and Company proceduresSalary: R25 – R30 000ctc, plus Medical Aid
