Scope of WorkStrategic project programmed advisory, facilitation and implementation servicesHeavy Current Electrical experienceMonitor quality of work, reviewed technical and non-technical reportsManage consultants timesheets, payments and contractsOversee tracking of data, deliverables and deadlinesManage project risksManage the project as ongoing supportProject coordination, project administration, performance management and quality controlWritting of strategic business plans, ensuring MAYCO (Mayoral Committee) & EXCO (Executive Council) approval on strategiesTechnical delivery of building condition assessments, bill of quantities and drawingsResearch analysis, investment decision making, cash flow and income projectionsProperty highest and best use analysis concept, feasibility and sustainability assessmentLiaising with experts and specialists (including but not limited to IT, Geographical Information Systems, Facilities Management, Maintenance, Property, legal)Managing client deliverablesEducation / QualificationsMust be educated to Diploma / Degree levelMust be registered with ECSA At least 3 years experience
