You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic and diverse team while playing a crucial role in the overall success of their organization.ResponsibilitiesPrepare comprehensive quotes and proposals for design projects on XERO | EXCELManage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budgetOversee the selection, procurement, and installation of furniture, fixtures, and finishes.Maintain strong vendor relationships and source high-quality design materials.QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years' experience as a PROJECT & LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR in an interior design or related field.Exceptional organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and AfrikaansMust be in excellent healthProficient in Microsoft Office suiteExtensive knowledge in XERO Accounting is a strong requirementStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentProfessional and approachable demeanorBenefitsCreative and collaborative work environmentWork schedule: From Mondays to FridayClosing date of applications: 30 April 2024
