Responsibilities:Define project scope in line with corporate objectives.Ensure compliance with the required health, safety, compliance, MAN norms and specifications.Monitor project progress & use suitable action plans with regular meetings as per agreed timelines.Assist in recording and reporting of water usage in the Plant.Coordinate scheduled/planned project milestones and activities.Assist in the management of Engineering ISO compliance, budget and capacity planning activities.Liaise with suppliers to identify mandatory processes, methods and service requirements.Liaise with Procurement with technical information for ordering/outsourcing of services/vendors.Support Engineering and documentation processes.Work according to SHE requirements.Carry out required 6S activities in line with MAN norms and objectives.Develop project plans and deliver project specification with precise milestones.Assist with cost & waste reduction initiatives to enable departmental systems to be more efficient.Qualifications:Degree / Btech / Honours in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office.Products Safety & Health Management.Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.Project Management Skills.Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.A focus on quality and output performance.Encourage Team.Work Flexible, active and forward thinking.Excellent administrative and organizational skills.Pro-active, reliable, be self-motivated.Problem Solving Skills.Able to make decisions.Ability to present and disseminate information in an effective manner.Experience:Technical experience in a manufacturing / assembly environment - 2 years.Supervisory experience with strong project management experience - 1 year.Experience with Energy and water management - 1 year.Closing date: 22 October 2024
