PURPOSE OF ROLEThe Project Administrator's main area of responsibility is to support the Project Manager and Project Team with all project administrative and document control requirements.KEY PERFORMANCE AREASAssist in coordinating project correspondence/documents - i.e. delivering, filing, emailing, etc.Manage correspondence registers.Compile letters with content provided by the PM.Issue & receive letters and other communications.Review correspondence for editing purposes prior to issue.Take and circulate minutes of project meetings.Coordinate venue bookings and project meetings.Copying, scanning, and printing of documents.Answering phones and directing calls.Prepare presentations, letters, general typing, etc.Responsible for facilitating the FFD process for new employees and assist with access and hosting for visitors for the project.Any other general administration actions required by the FAM/Construction Manager/PM for the benefit of the department or PM/CLs to the benefit of the project/s.QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCEGrade 12 or equivalent SAQA approved qualification + 2 years related experience.SAQA accredited Certificate/Diploma in administrative field is advantageous.Proven proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat is essential.COMPETENCIESComply with Lesedi Quality Management System.Work methodically with attention to detail.Respect deadlines and milestones.Act with honesty, integrity, and responsibility always.Independently initiate activities through self-motivation and assist others during quiet periods.Inform FAM if not having enough workloads for effective/productive time usage.Provide regular and accurate feedback on progress and issues.Perform professionally always - internal, external (Client, suppliers, and partners).Compliance with general HR rules - time booking, leave booking, time keeping, and effective time usage, etc.Note: Should you not hear from us within 21 days of the closing of the advert, kindly regard your application as unsuccessful.
