We love people that think out the box & who are able to bring the best out of other people whilst maintaining world class standards.So if you want to work hard and make your life count then JAM is the place to be.If the above sounds like YOU and you meet the minimum requirements below then why not apply for Project Administrator at our Head Office in Durban.Minimum RequirementsMatricRelevant tertiary qualification preferably in Project Management2-3 years industry related experienceProficiency in MS OfficeCharacteristicsThe successful candidate will have the following characteristics:Excellent attention to detailExcellent communication skillsAdministratively strongMethodicalExcellent time managementAbility to work under pressureAbility to create and manage relationshipsDeadline drivenMust live the company values Real, Value, PeopleResponsibilitiesStore PlansChecking of plans on revamps for work requiredProcurementPurchase orders and compiling of documentationMonth end invoicingMonth end filingCapturing of asset information for DirectorInvoicing of TI AllowanceFollowing up of TI AllowanceAsset RegisterEnsure all asset movements are captured by Management prior to paperwork going through for processing/paymentCapturing of monthly assets onto FASWIN for DirectorRenewals/Refurbs/Relocations/ClosuresBuild files for all revampsPO's and invoicing relating to revampsInvoice and follow up of TI Allowances where requiredFollow up on deliveries from suppliers to timelinesMaintenance/Help DeskAssist with maintenance/help deskHandling of basic - 1 tier calls and 2 tier calls where possibleAll invoicing, orders, administration relating to maintenance workAircon Maintenance and ManagementOversee all monthly maintenance of aircon with aircon management supplier.Update spreadsheet monthly with all call out'sPlan all maintenance with schedule monthly and update/follow up accordinglyUpdate all new stores onto the system and ensure they are added to maintenance scheduleBack up powerPurchase order and invoicing of all backup power items requiredInsurance claimsAssist in obtaining quotes relating to claimCommunicationWeekly progress meetingUpdates on all administrative elementsCommunication with suppliersCommunication with AM's and StoresRevamp brief and communication to Area Managers, Head Office and storesPlease respond with the following:Updated CVPump up the JAM, pump up your CAREER, pump up your LIFE
