Job PurposePurpose: Ensure that all customer project implementations are delivered within the committed time frames. Facilitate and drive all the necessary end-to-end requirements for successful project implementation. The incumbent will be working with internal and external teams, including Internal Sales, Suppliers, Customers, Support, and the Installs team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCritical Outputs:Plan and implement the project according to customer specifications.Co-ordinate and brief the team members involved in completing the project.Ensure that the project is run within the agreed budget and according to the guidelines.Track and monitor the project and identify any deviations from the plan.Report on the project at all stages and update the clients accordingly.Evaluate project on completion and report on findings.Monitor the project.Ensure that the project is completed as per the set guidelines.Deliver quality work.Initiate the work and see it through to completion.Discuss the progress of the project with all stakeholders, senior officials, and clients.Update all project-related information onto the business database (SOC/SNOW/google drive - (soft copy)) on a daily basis.Desired Experience & QualificationRequirements:Grade 12 certificate.Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management or equivalent.At least 2 years' Operations / Project Management experience.Exposure to an ISP/ICT/Telecoms environment preferred.Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Customer-oriented.Self-starter with specific attention to detail.Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.Time management with the ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines.Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.Ability to self-supervise as well as work in a team environment.
